In my opinion, yoga is the best way to relieve stress. The stretches loosen up the whole body. The deep breathing empties the mind. It’s a very calming experience. Yoga in the morning wakes up the mind and body. Yoga in the afternoon slows down a busy day. Yoga at night gets rid of the kinks and eases you into sleep. I love TaraStilesYoga. She’s a bit more advanced than most yogis on youtube, but it’s refreshingly different. She talks through the routine, so you know exactly what to do. She also practice what she preaches. She’s such a calm and relaxed person. I hope you enjoy her routines as much as I do.
