I realized I hadn’t cooked in quite a while and it so happened that I was hungry soooooooooooo sloppy joes resulted. Here’s the recipe:

1 pound of lean ground beef

1/2 cup of water

1/4 cup of onion

1/4 cup of green pepper

1 pinch of brown sugar

1 squirt of ketchup

1 squirt of mustard

1 dash of chili powder

1 dash of garlic powder

1/2 a can of Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce

6 hamburger buns

Serves 5

1) Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Should take about 30 minutes.

2) Add onions and green pepper once beef has browned. Let sit for a couple of minutes.

3) Add water, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, and Manwich sauce.

4) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occassionaly.

5) Serve on toasted buns.
