I eat oatmeal just about every morning. It’s easy and filling. Putting a twist on a classic is always welcome. Check out the recipe!
3 cup oatmeal (I used 2 Quaker flavored oatmeal packets and adjusted recipe to serve 2)
3/4 brown sugar (or as desired)
1 cup margarine
2 cup milk
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
OPTIONAL (to taste)
Cut up strawberries
1) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then transfer into a muffin pan
2) Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes
