Massaging these areas:
-the area above and around your ears
-back of the neck, particularly the base of the skull
-the area between your eyebrows
-the entire scalp
Massage by moving the fingertips back and forth on the skin with pressure. Linger in any area of great tension. If your headache still persists, try the same areas but this time grasp the skin between your thumb and pointer finger and squeeze for 30 seconds. Release and then repeat for 3 times or however many is needed to get rid of your headache.
