that petting your dog, cat, or whatever furry animal you have is possibly the best way to reduce your stress? It’s because petting is:
- a social activity rather than a solitary activity such as writing in a journal alone
- like a mini massage for your hands as well as your pet because it feels relaxing for the both of you
- initiating a connection between your pet and you, thus bring you two closer
So, go out and give your pet some love ❤
