The Best Stress Relief Available (and it’s free!)

Did you know…

that petting your dog, cat, or whatever furry animal you have is possibly the best way to reduce your stress? It’s because petting is:

  •  a social activity rather than a solitary activity such as writing in a journal alone
  • like a mini massage for your hands as well as your pet because it feels relaxing for the both of you
  • initiating a connection between your pet and you, thus bring you two closer

So, go out and give your pet some love ❤

And if you don’t have a pet, the next best thing is a furry stuffed friend (:

Along the same lines as petting is watching fish swim. It’s just as relaxing!

You can also try talking to you pet and telling them all your worries; I’m sure their ears are open to listen. (:
